
Credit card managed by Synchrony Bank
I have had many issues with Synchrony Bank with the HSN credit card and others as well. They “forget” to send me a statement and then I receive an email saying that my payment is due the next day or I will receive a $30 late payment. I can’t check my statement because they have not sent me one (for which I am charged a fee of 1.99 for a written one). Calling for assistance to get a statement takes 24-36 hours which then generates a late charge. This lessens the desire to use the HSN Card–I plan to use another way of paying, if that will work. HSN GET RID OF SYNCHRONY BANK TO PROCESS YOUR CREDIT CARDS. I would hope I am the only one with this issue–customers be aware.
