Please Consistently Note Sizing Charts for Fashion Items

Good Afternoon!
I just wanted to inquire and suggest that the sizing charts be on all the fashions. It use to be that most had the sizing charts of the specific garments within the description of the items. If that chart is there I don’t have an issue with sizing, if it isn’t I invariably need to exchange the items. A medium is not created equal in all lines. Have noticed of late that the size / fit details aren’t listed consistently. Thank You.

we need hs , QVC,and other online stores over T shopping to remain and must improve their customer shopping, venders, give us customers what we want/need because stores. and chain stores are all closing and your all we have left. you have to do a whole lot better bring that your going to be the only home shopping over TV left.

I sent a message to CS about that yesterday. I’m not buying clothing without a garment specific chart. Today it’s even worse. They have also taken down the reviews on many garments. The size charts at least give you a clue for sizing. I hate the size down or size up idea. Just make the apparel in the size it should be. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t need tall jeans. I am going back to a store that I can order tall pants & tops from. Free shipping & free returns!

  The sizing charts, reviews, even item details have been missing randomly from items lately. It seems to be part of the website bug customers keep complaining about and HSN should already be aware of. In addition, the “header file error” continues to be an issue. Even signing in is a problem.
  You are losing sales due to these problems and seem oblivious. Complaints are never addressed.
