Issues with Auto Delivery??
Is anyone else having issues with their auto deliveries? The majority of my issues are with Skinn cosmetic products. All of my current auto delivery products say they are on extended delivery with estimated arrival in June! I can’t figure out what’s going on, customer service gives you the run around and most of the products you can purchase now with no extended delivery. Seems like HSN doesn’t want to honor items if you lock in on a sale price. HSN blamed Skinn but I’m having the same issue with tweakd. Let me know if anyone else has this problem and how did you get it fixed if you did.

Update: I went ahead and ordered some the Skinn products that I really needed, and they shipped with no issues Basically HSN is blaming the vendor for delays when in reality they don’t want to send you your auto deliveries at your locked in sale prices. So buyer Beware of auto ship promises, and very sad this the way HSN treats customers.

That’s just too, bad.Why even have auto ship anymore? I’m waiting for something since November. Should ship in April, so it says. HSN has gone way downhill.Time to stop with promises that can’t be kept!

Beekman facial wipes ordered in 9/24 with auto delivery for 12/24 .Called HSN & told out of stock until 4/25 ! Will no longer buy Beekman.
