Long waits for orders
Why does it take so long for my orders to ship anymore????? My last order was placed on January 24th and as of today,January 29th, my order has Still Not shipped. Why???????
I have become Very disillusioned with your customer service in recent months. I also do not order as much anymore because of it.

I want to reassure you that one of your orders placed on January 24 was shipped successfully on 1/27, and the remaining orders were shipped out today.
