I can sign in to HSN but account not coming up when clicked on

I think there is a glitch somewhere stopping it. I can sign in and out but not open my orders at all.

    I’m also getting a box around my name and account. It’s like the link is broken.

      Today, I can’t see any orders or alerts, the only things I bother to check. My name isn’t on the page that shows CONNECT, either. I had to sign in again to be able to post this! Ridiculous!

      Hi @foxie2, I’m so sorry that you are experiencing issues with your online account again. Since this has been a reoccurring issue, I went ahead and reported it to our technical support department. Please allow 48 hours for them to address the concern. After that timeframe, you can try logging into your account to see if it has been fixed. If the problem persists, please reach back out to us so we can further assist.

    No error message. In my case, I click on the link and nothing happens.

      I am sorry there is a problem with accessing your account. We will try to troubleshoot the issue for you. We hope you will follow these steps for a fast resolution.

      1. Do you have multiple HSN accounts? Having multiple accounts can prevent you from accessing your account information.
      2. Please clear your browser’s cache and browsing history.  Also, please reset your browser.

      If 1. does not apply and if you have completed the 2. step and the problem persists, please let us know.

      No, just a box is shown around my name and account. Something fixed it late yesterday, so it’s ok now. The box is still there when it never was before.
