Refund on returned item
I ordered a ring fitness tracker and exchanged it for a different size which didn’t work for me either. First I kept getting emails and a letter saying I hadn’t returned the original purchase. Thank god I had kept the UPS receipt. They finally found the item and stopped harassing me about it. Then I tried waiting patiently for a refund based on the return of the second one. I heard nothing so I contacted customer service and was told it had been received and the refund would be processed in the next 24-72 hours. Nothing. I contacted them again and after an hour of having them again track down and verify the second return I was told that I would receive a full refund of all charges. I did not get a full refund and at this point I have written the rest off as a lesson learned. I will not be ordering from HSN again based on the I went through with this.

I finally received a check for the last amount. It was not clear that the final amount would be paid by check rather than a credit to my cc.

I am truly sorry for the delay in getting that last $15.14 to you for return shipping reimbursement. For this order, you had three Flexpays; one for $20.03, and two for $19.99, which adds up to $60.01.
12/18/24: $15.14 was refunded to your Payment Method.
1/8/25: $4.89, and two amounts of $19.99 were refunded to your payment method.Those refunds equal $60.01, and each refund would show on your statement within 72 business hours of them being initiated.
In addition, on 1/8/25, we sent a check for the return shipping reimbursement. Please allow up to 15 days for that check to arrive.

I still haven’t received the final $15.14 of the refund. The problem is not with my financial institution. As I said before I have written this off as a lesson learned and won’t be ordering anything from this company again.

I apologize for the trouble you’ve experienced with this order. Upon further review, I can confirm that we issued a full refund of $60.01 for the return of both watches on January 8th. Additionally, the remaining FlexPay installments for this order have been canceled, so you should not see any further charges.
Please allow up to 72 business hours for the credit to appear in your account. If it hasn’t appeared by tomorrow, I kindly recommend contacting your bank for more information on when the funds will be released back to your account.
