Auto shipping – ridiculous delivery date

Unhappy customer with HSN auto shipping. Received a notification saying my order is confirmed. Immediately panicked because I didn’t order anything. Check my account nothing shows. Check my email and it was an autoship order. With estimated delivery of April 2025 check bank account and nothing taken out yet. Hour later got another order confirmed same thing an autoship order with estimated delivery of April. So I figured no problem until April they won’t ship or take money out.. WRONG. Both shipped last night with expected delivery of April. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I’m done. You take my money on items I know I delayed auto shipping on and then I’m not getting it til April

I am truly sorry for the concern this has caused, @kshea1. When delays happen with inventory for autoships, we move the expected delivery dates out so your autoships will remain in our system and go out as soon as the inventory has caught up.

I can see that one order has already been shipped and should reach you by Saturday the 28th (UPS 1Z0465VRYN75966578). The other will be shipped soon. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the shipper provides us with it.
