SHIPPING PARTNER AGREEMENT

I placed an order for 2 health and wellness products on November 15, 2024. It seems to take HSN 3-4 days before they even ship the order. I live in Tennessee. I’ve been trying to track the orders for days now. Both items have shown the order was in “Piney Flats, Tennessee,” which is only 6 hours from me. HSN tracking has shown the package in Piney Flats, TN, for 5-6 days! To date, November 25, there is still absolutely no delivery date in sight. I called HSN customer service this morning (Nov. 25, 2024) and was told that due to their shipping contract, there’s a 15 day wait until the customer can cancel the order and request a refund. That date will be December 4, 2024. So, I will have waited for a much needed supplement for 3 weeks and then once I get my refund, I’ll have to place an order from Amazon for the same product, which will probably come in 2 days.

I can’t understand why HSN has such a poor shipping agreement, especially during this time of year. You would think HSN would make sure of fast shipping during this season. This is unforgiveable for me. I just opened an account with HSN, and this is not a good way to start customer relations.

If someone is looking to order any products to improve their health, I could never give this as a positive option.

Thoroughly disappointed.
