Unacceptable service

I order the Kaloric Maxx Syn Airfrier and when it arrived it was dented in the right top corner. I was heartbroken because the extra oven I needed for Thanksgiving meal prep was not going to be available.
I called customer service and I was ensure the a replacement was on the way hopefully before Thanksgiving.
What I received today instead was a set of bakeware for that oven and the money I sent for the oven was refunded to me.
I am fit to be tried.No one stated a refund was going to given to me that a replacement oven was on it way.
I am done ordering anything from HSN.Since 2019 I have order items with never an issue I order this oven early so it would be here by Thanksgiving
Instead I received some cheap bakeware for an oven I don’t even have.
I am done
