Shipped but not shipped

I placed orders Nov 8. Order status says shipped, but ups shows they have yet to be picked up. It’s been over a week with that same status. What is the real status of my orders?

I am truly sorry for the frustration this has caused, @webdeb2006. I do see that the orders placed on 11/8 are expected to reach you by 11/19. If these do not arrive by end of day on the 19th, please reach back out to us so we can initiate either a replacement order, or a refund. Thank you for your patience.
