Damage arrival .

Hello . UPS Finally arrived with my Original order # 1987855475 after almost 30 days . The Truck was in a accident and my order looks smashed and horrible . Not even in HSN Packaging . Do I need to send back? I feel it would be unfair after a long time and the item is very damage. i Cant even donate due to the damage TIA
