Cancelled my order/ refund still pending
My order has been cancelled since October 12, 2024. Every time I call they tell me that my funds has been sent back to my account. It is October 23, 2024 my money is still pending. My bank institution would have release the money right away if they did. I’ve about had enough and it seems like I’m not the only one that’s dealing with this. If my money doesn’t return to my account I’m contacting the news station, ppl need to know what’s happening. It’s not right what is happening to people.

I truly am sorry for this delayed response, @latoya123. I took a look at your order, and it looks like the authorization has expired in our system and the availability of the funds is dependent upon your financial institution.
