I sent them back right away. I have called about why my order status does not show as returned.

I also asked under HSN CS community about this being a problem. Now I’m getting emails to send them back? I saved my chat conversation from last week. I get my orders within 4 to 5 days most of the time. I think you need more people processing returns & exchanges.
