I sent them back right away. I have called about why my order status does not show as returned.

HSN social team gave me a refund as they could see it was in transit. I just want to thank them for taking care of this.

I have notified the PO that my return has not moved since Sept. 24th. It was mailed on Sept. 18th. There’s nothing else I can do at this time. It went to CAROLINA, PR 00984
September 20, 2024, 5:31 pm. Last report was In Transit to Next Facility

This is why so many people get upset. I love DG2 & I need tall jeans. I can’t find any in my area. I don’t think there are many options as good as DG2. I am all set for jeans at the moment. Thank goodness. I guess they should be there very soon.

The total turnaround is about 15 days for returns. I do show this items is making its return with UPS.com tracing your USPS/UPS # 92023999991057574254411768 This has not yet made its delivery back to our warehouse.

I used the EZ return label. When I talked to CS, they said it was in transit. I would like to know what’s going on. The tracking # is 1Z1VV3229032063883.

I also asked under HSN CS community about this being a problem. Now I’m getting emails to send them back? I saved my chat conversation from last week. I get my orders within 4 to 5 days most of the time. I think you need more people processing returns & exchanges.
