no email address for Customer Service?

Why is there no email address to communnicate with Customer Service Dept? You offer telephone and chat feature but not email – why not?
I’d like to write in my issue and no rely on 800# to rely message and resolve my problem. A written trail to document is usually how most companies handle complaint issues.

I seem to remember this was the last email address I used to contact HSN: hsnsocialcare@hsn.com.
They don’t make it eassy to find their email. Hopefully this is the correct email address for customer service.
