Just got a new laptop and now when I play arcade games I can no longer see hsn’s livestream programs. A popup message appears in the streaming area on the right side of my laptop monitor that says “sign in to confirm you’re not a bot”. I’m already signed into hsn, YouTube and google, and still can’t see livestream so I’m confused as to why I see this message and where else I might need to log in to see streaming programming. Important to note that every time I click on a game, the livestream area randomly opens and the livestream program appears then immediately closes and the popup message appears. I’m not computer savvy, can anyone out there offer suggestions as to why this might be happening and what I might do to fix it? I’ve called hsn technical report and they couldn’t help. They said they would pass the issue onto the Arcade people but I would not receive a response from them. I’ve also tried reach out to Arkadium, but received no response. Thanks so much.
