What kind of company is this?
On 7/13 I ordered I placed an order for 2 Corkcicle sets. I asked for some help about not receiving the orders on the designated date. Regina, the moderator, explained that these orders were canceled on 7/17. To date, these orders have not been canceled online which means that HSN has had my money for 11 days. Since I have already requested that the orders be canceled in my order status, I can only surmise that you folks don’t really give a hoot about how you treat your customers. HSN has also had access to my money, and I have received nothing for my efforts except aggravation. Kindly, take care of this situation promptly as I will continue to write notices like this until you do.
