Canceled order refund going on 7 days now?
Can someone please respond to me? I am getting nowhere with the HSN chat or with my bank.
It’s been seven days and this $334 transaction is still pending: I need this to be released ASAP. I have waited the max amount of days and I need this money for groceries.

I am truly sorry your bank has not released your funds yet. When an order is first submitted, the cost of the order (or the first FlexPay installment) is immediately set aside from the balance of your card. If the order is then canceled, we notify the bank right away so they can release the funds. We initiated the reverse authorization on 6/21/24.
I would like to clarify that no money has been sent to us for this order. Money is only sent to us once an order ships out. It is your bank holding the funds at this time, and they normally will show the credit within 1-30 days per their individual policies. I recommend reaching out to your card issuer to see how long they will hold the funds.
That said, I have taken an additional step for our accounts team to fax your bank to prompt them to release your funds. This will be completed within three business days.
