The Anthony caftan is now $10 cheaper than What I paid for it and I was told it
Was over 30 days so customer service refused to help me.

I’m sorry, @kat5131. I share your disappointment. HSN offers a price adjustment if we lower the price of your item, and you contact us within 30 days of the order date. Your item was purchased in late April, and our system does not allow us to override it. However, as a courtesy, I have placed $10 KA$H on your account toward your next purchase, valid through 8/4/2024.

Young white boy in customer service would not give me credit for an Anthony caftan that is now $10 cheaper. Said it’s been over 30 days!!! Won’t order HSN again
