Returns, not always full credit
I was just looking thru past orders and I noticed that on returns sometimes I’m given full credit but other times they’d take off $7 or $8. Why the difference, I didn’t say any of these things were defective. Maybe you are allowed only some for full credit?

@pugnose, when it comes to refunds, we carefully review each case individually. Assuming there are no issues with the returned item, you can expect to receive a refund. However, this refund will typically be for the purchase price, minus the costs for shipping and handling, as well as the HSN Easy Return Label fee.
