LivePure Exchange After HSN 30 day limit
I love the LivePure products that I use. Product in question is the AquaFlame Humidifier. Worked great for 5 months. Then lost lighting and then all power. I provided all the documentation they requested for a replacement but . . I had to pay for shipping the item back to them which was more than I paid for the item. With no guarentee that I would get the same item replaced. At best a check for only the base price I paid which would not cover the S/H I paid to send it. I am hesitant to purchase this Brand again. Just a “Heads Up” for others
