HSN won't let me cancel an order because the request was after midnight
I’ve been with HSN since 1997. I’ve never had a problem cancelling an order even the next day. Tonight, I ordered a mattress around 10:45pm, got confirmation at 11:05pm, called at 12:45am two hours later. Customer rep was very nice, but told me he couldn’t cancel the order, even though it was only a little over an hour old because it was after midnight. I’m not a happy customer. Now I have to pay to have the mattress shipped back when it arrives. I don’t think I will be ordering from HSN again for a long time, if ever.
