HSN Cancelled auto delivery the day it was to be delivered

Skinn has canceled 2 of my auto ship items. Then raised the prices. No warning. I was counting on getting these items. Sort of a bait and switch. The auto ship option when I purchased was affordable. The new price is too much. I want to be loyal to skinn but looking at other vendors now.

HSN does some shifty things with orders.Not auto ship but I ordered a Tracfone on May 24th and its shown as In Packaging until today and the order was cancelled stating…….

Unfortunately, we just found out the item you recently purchased is no longer available, so we had to cancel your order.To help make it up to you, we’ve issued a $5 credit to your HSN account. Spend it any time in the next 30 days.

Very strange since I can click the item and its still for sale at a much higher price and no $5 credit is showing.
I don’t order much from HSN anymore and this type stuff makes me not want to order at all.

After posting its now showing as Out of Stock.

My autoship for DermAppeal was canceled while it was on extended delivery, I did find that strange esp since the order was put in

My daughter and I both got a email stating that the auto-ship would be canceled. Ours was also canceled on the day it was supposed to be sent out,

This is the second autoship that was canceled on me from skin the first was a super size day and night cleansers.

Kyle, when people are counting on Autoship, you don’t cancel the day it is due. There was no prior warning.

@alln, so sorry for the disappointment. Sadly it looks like that AutoShip program is no longer available, which is why the enrollment was cancelled.
