I am very disappointed in HSN. I had a discount for my birthday and was unable to access it and I could not get help for that. Because you cannot talk to a live person until 8am, the product I wanted sold out. I was at work and couldn’t call until 9:30am. So basically the woman was polite but sorry you are out of luck and we can’t help you. Since when? I have never had an issue before and was very very disappointed in the response. I have been a customer for 40 plus years. Not anymore.

I am truly sorry you weren’t able to reach us when you wished to purchase using your birthday discount, @elsie5. We do have a small window of time each day when our service agents are not available but when you place your order between 1 am and 8 am ET, your order will not process until midnight ET so there is time to reach us once we’re available to help.
I share your disappointment and hope to make things right for you. After all, birthdays are for celebrating and having good times, and it seems this experience fell far short of that.
