Unauthorized transaction by flex pay
When I moved in during February I didn’t know about flex pay until after a month of living at my apartment I registered through them and cancelled because I am not willing to pay $15.99 a month for a 3rd party rental payment and yesterday I was charged $157.06 and got no notice that they where going to take funds from my checking account which I didn’t authorize and I didn’t agree to it and they should have a pre-qualification process that notifies people if they are approved or not instead of just taking funds from someones account with out there authorization and without notice and that is exactly what happened to me and I have already talked to my credit union and they are reversing the charge and they are also given me a new debit card and whenever a person cancels their membership because they don’t agree with the fees they shouldn’t be charged for it because doing so is fraudulent and it’s theft because you are taking money without consent and without notice.

I’m sorry that you’ve been through so much with us, @bobbigirl3. Rest assured, our FlexPay option is set up through HSN directly. We do not use a 3rd party source for this option which allows us to offer FlexPay with no interest or fees. It sounds like this might have been an HSN Credit card charge. If so, they are handled by our partners at Synchrony Bank. You can reach them out 844-889-9676 for additional information. If you would like us to look into this further, we would be happy to review the order with you by providing us with your Order Number at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com.
