Skinn Cosmetics Auto Ship

I received an email today indicting that my auto ship for SKINN 2-piece Non-Negotiables Supersize Cleanser Set was cancelled by HSN. I called customer service to inquire why and was told that they didn’t have the inventory. I went on to the website and see that they are still selling it as single ship and auto ship. However, they would not reinstate my auto ship for the TSV price and said I could place a new auto ship order for $89.95 which is $50 MORE that I paid. This is very frustrating since I went on auto ship to keep the item at the same price for the duration of the auto ship and HSN cancelled it. I am definitely going to think twice before going on auto ship in the future since HSN seems to randomly cancel auto ship. I never have this issue with QVC auto ships.

I just received a notice that my autoship for DWP serum that was due in July is backordered until November?? I thought the whole point of autoship is that we were 1st in line to receive. it. I have been on this particular autoship for 2 previous orders that came on time. I have also had an issue with Skinn autoships being sent at higher priced than the original setup.

  Skinn autoships, and will look for a much more reasonably priced brand. So sad, I have been a Skinn customer for over 15 years, but I am no longer.

The same thing happened to me. I noticed they brought it back for a special that was higher. What is the point of locking in the price if they are going to change it anyway and cancel our autoship?

I received the same email today and another email about a SKINN product I had on autoship last week. I inquired if HSN was dropping SKINN. The agent did not know. (No surprise there). I think SKINN is increasing prices (or HSN is increasing prices) and they do not want to continue/honor the old pricing on autoships I would not be surprised if this item comes back at much higher prices. It’s a game played both on QVC and HSN.

I’ve received the same emails for two products now. Very annoying and I’m not going to order them again. It’s really false advertising if you ask me.

I got the new eye cream set with the moisturizer and the new night cream moisturizer. It is so so hard to get the inner lid off. I hope that they change this. The little tab on the inner lid is really hard to grab to lift off. Also why such a complicated delivery system for the eye serums. Please Dimitri change these systems. Other wise I love your products.

I received the same email this is very disapointing. HSN playing games like this is frustrating how can I trust them in the future with autoships?

I notice SKINN has a today’s special on April 17th. Perhaps the 2-piece supersize cleanser set will be a TSV, at a better price, or offered with a Customer Appreciation bonus. Stay tuned.
