
Do not send out the returned goods for new order.
Received G.s quilted handbag today. The bag has no stuffed paper inside of it and the stitching was coming off on the front. Obviously, the bag was used and returned item. How HSN can send out merchandise that is used for full priced order. A long time customer, and very disappointed.!

I contacted customer service and was told I can return the slippers. The $9.95 return shipping cost would be waived. Thank goodness since the slippers were a whole $16.99. LOL. But not sure if it’s worth the hassle of driving them 25 miles to the nearest UPS / Shipping Center and then 25 miles back (50 mile round trip). If I didn’t live in basically the middle of nowhere a return wouldn’t be such a hassle. But it’s frustrating to have to go out of my way to return something that should never have been sold to a customer in the first place. Plus add trying to get a toddler in her car seat to do the return….it adds to the difficulty.

I’m currently dealing with the same issue! I purchased slippers that were clearly used and a customer’s return. They arrived with no tags, stuffing, ect… The bottoms of them were dirty!! Looks like someone wore them for the full 30-days and then returned them. They were also covered in dog fur too. I don’t understand why HSN would think this is acceptable to do!?! If I purchase a new item, I expect it to be brand new! Not something that someone else used and looks like it came from a garage sale! I purchase a ton from HSN and expect better from them!
