Emerson boombox isn't worth the money paid for.

This boombox we got does not work properly and there’s no tech support getting back on it. The tv part doesn’t work. It’s like there is no TV. and it doesn’t read any USB devise. When trying for update it says BT Not connected; It’s like we got a piece of junk sent to us. Not first time we had junk from HSN.
