I don’t care if she’s Guiliana’s mom – the prices are INSANE. I will probably watch but I won’t buy 15 oz of salami for $60, or 4.5 lbs of tiramisu for $90.

Mama’s food must be the most overpriced item on HSN. $20 to $25 a bottle for pasta sauce would be comical if it weren’t so sad. Are people really paying this price?

I just saw a Mama DE Pandi presentation for the first time yesterday and was shocked that 2 jars of sauce were selling for $40.00. That is a blatant rip off. I don’t care how good it tastes. I can make my own from scratch for way less money and it probably tastes better. I wonder what Guiliana will be selling next, maybe hair extensions? Now that Martino is gone HSN could use more wig shows. I enjoy watching those!

  Now, the jars of sauce are 2 for $49.00! Ridculous! I wouldn’t give you 2 cents..Rao’s, which makes a delicious sauce is only $7.99 a jar. Get rid of both of them

  She used to have great clothes, but lately ,nothing I’m impressed with.The TS coat would be nice but too, boxy on a small frame. That style coat should fit at the waist not on the hips!

Another vote for August and Leo items. I have several, and all very nice quality. I don’t buy any food items from HSN. All cost too much in my opinion and take a long time to ship.

I purchase one thing I found on line that is made and overnighted to me. My one guilty pleasure.

I agree, neither would I. I go to a few Italian specialty food stores about an hour from where I live to get some great products that are NOT this high!

And tiramisu is only good if it’s really fresh. You can’t make it too far ahead, and then store it for more than a day or two. Plus now it’s being shipped?

Seems like HSN is becoming the Guiliana channel !
IMO..That August and Leo stuff looks like junk!
I don’t like any of her stuff.
Next she’ll be selling watches like Invicta on Shop HQ!

  I just rec’d the two christmas angels from the line that were on sale last week. They are nice. I guess the sale price is reasonable. Nothing special, though.

  I have a ton of G by clothing, August and Leo items too. Love them all. But I can’t see paying exorbitant prices for sauce when Rao makes a great one and San Marzano tomatoes are so easy to find for homemade. I do buy some food things from HSN (Curtis Stone’s chicken bites are addicting), but I can’t do ANY girl math that can justify those prices.

I couldn’t agree more. I couldn’t care less who she is. If the prices are too high, I don’t even tune into the presentations. They must think the HSN customer has no sense.
