It seems that you can not try for a reward in the rewards store after the end of the year. What if you have more tickets that can be used before the end of the year. Would you consider increasing the maximum tickets on each
prize from a maximum of 10 entries to a larger number or an unlimited entry.
Another idea would be to be able to donate points to a charity.
Good PR for company as there was not much notice on the change – not enough time to redeem the points for a prize left.

I love the idea of donating the points to charity.
St Jude would be delighted.
I am sure you can figure out a way to make this work.

I also thought why not use your points to purchase something from HSN. Why discard points for a reward when only a few would win. And, of course, if nothing interests you, then this would be a good alternative. It would be a win win for HSN and it’s customers.
