I did not receive email notifying me I won prize. Something apparently is not connecting.

Hi HSN Krissy No I did not receive any email. Just saw my name on the winners list to the prize. I won baking pan for cupcakes with the special middle. I was just so happy that all the years I have been playing and using my tickets I finally won! But yet no prize came 🙁
