$15 COUPON very deceiving

This week, I received a 15 dollar coupon offer with one of my purchases. I tried to use it tonight and it states invalid. My coupon stated 15 off 15 and my order was over $40. Needless to say,I removed the order. I checked the code twice what’s going in HSN? Please look into this.

  Krissy, thanks for getting back to me. I went back and tried again. This time it applied. I mistook a capital I for a 1 that was next to a 1. A suggestion, perhaps, while building a code, they should not place similar numbers next to an alphabet character. Thanks again against for your response.
