Hello Arcade Players! The time has come to retire our Game of the Week, Friday Night Game Night and Rewards Store programs as we work to bring you a new and exciting Arcade experience in 2024. The last day of the Game of the Week sweepstakes will be 9/28 with the final winner announced on 9/29. This will be replaced by a featured weekly game so you can try a new, exciting game each week! The last Friday Night Trivia will also be held on 9/29.

Starting 10/2, tickets will no longer be awarded for playing games, but you will have until the end of the year to redeem your tickets in the Rewards Store. Tickets will be a thing of the past to make room for an improved, faster experience and fresh fun and new games while you shop, only at HSN!

🙀 I’ve been playing for 30 mins WITH NO ADS OR LAG TIME BTW GAMES!!! CAN SEE MY SCORES ALONG W/OTHERS’ SCORES!! I absolutely CANNOT BELIEVE IT! No one has mentioned this yet (that I’ve read) — HAPPY TO DO SO!!! KUDOS… KUDOS… KUDOS… … APPLAUSE APPLAUSE APPLAUSE 👏👏👏 TO EVERYONE IN THE ARCADE TEAM AND ALL WHOM MADE THIS HAPPEN!   Hi addynelly-🌺🦋🌈Happy Spring to YOU! I’m so sorry-kinda STINKS when someone else is HAPPY when you’re STILL having problems. That’s USUALLY ‘me/my story’! I was SHOCKED when it worked w/NO ADS or lag time btw games… I had to check, double check AND pinch myself… BUT IT IS WORKING (for me). Dear HSN, why have a reply button when you don’t follow up reply to the replies ? When the customer experience is diminished the culprit likely is top heavy expenses, such as raises for the executive officers. If the customer experience has diminished the executives do not deserve a raise and the customers will shop elsewhere.

  Hi Chrissy-I have a ? … any way of knowing WHY items in my wishlist are DISAPPEARING W/O WARNING? Usually get an ALERT when near sellout yet items continually disappear. I don’t understand this. I do however, -WHEN I RECEIVE A WARNING. Go on friend’s online device-it’s there AND I HAVE PHOTO PROOF OF THIS-how’s this possible?   Also, prices on friend’s deviceS differ. About 15 disappearing items that WERE in my ‘WL’ were NOT aired, were NOT sellout alerted. AND HERE’S MY REAL ISSUE-when a ‘WL’ item did sellout, instead of disappearing, it was shown above ‘WL’ WITH OPPORTUNITY TO GET ON WAITLIST (in chance of a return). Is it ‘me’? Does HSN “NOT WANT” my patronage? Many other places to shop, BUT I REALLY LIKE HSN. I did stop before, hoping not to again. Thank You, Sincerely…

  just state the truth-you guys have been saying the same for over 4 months-not even answering questions on the arcade games. just say we do not know when it could be next year or never-no one believes you anymore. You wonder why people are leaving hsn/qvc. Tell keymaste to try the truth also-keeps posting same thing every few weeks-it is getting OLD.

  As long as the games stay up and not taken down. You have had more than enough time to figure this out. You have put the cart before the horse, it has been four months since the announcement was made. I play the games and watch for the specials, if the games go, I go.

The best advise I can give everyone is to take a snapshot of your player name and the tickets you have remaining.

Hey HSN, your loyal gamers would love to hear from you! Many of us were excited when you announced that you would be taking the Arcade to the next level with new games and improvements in 2024, but the silence continues to be deafening, and we’re still waiting to see or hear what’s next! Is there anything that you can share with those of us who continue to be patient?

But you will be able to use your tickets to purchase items. WHAT items?? Also a few games did ALLOW tickets. I am VERY disappointed with this. NEW games…SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! when wil the new games state. in the year 3000
