Arcade games needs a help line

Leaderboard not showing up. No Arcade games help available within the Arcade forum. I did the help live chats and discovered that HSN software support does not include ticket support for the Arcade. I have cleared my safari chache, I am only 12% of my iPhone storage. Things seem to be running slower. HSN you need to help your supporters with a vehicle to issues resolved.

Also, mine isn’t showing the current item that is being sold and that’s pretty much how I shop. If I don’t see it in the arcade, it doesn’t get bought. Sales must be down if people can’t see the items being sold. However, I am able to see the leaderboard.

Yes, for the last couple of weeks, the “Game of the Week” isn’t showing up for me
on our desktop computer, which isn’t super-old…

Have tried to get onto website through both MSN.com and Google Chrome,
and I still can’t get the Game of Week. Seems like they changed something,
lately….
