Video player error

Hi, is anyone having a problem with the HSN video player. It’s not playing day old videos. The error says can’t play video player. QVC videos are working.

Hi Krissy, The google play store HSN app is not playing videos. I uninstalled the app twice. Please give a date when you think the app will be ready. I will wait to download the app if its not working correctly.

  Hi @ebonie, sadly I don’t have an ETA as to when the update will be pushed out, but you will receive an update notification once it does happen.

Hi @ebonie & @lin3521 – I am sorry for the inconvenience that not being able to view the videos on the mobile app has caused. The issue is currently being worked on and an update will be pushed out soon.

Yes, I am having trouble also with the videos. I would like to know when this issue will be fixed. Does anyone know ?
