NEW JUNE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES!!!!!!

First let me start by saying I read the NEW shipping policy in this community forum!! No formal letter was posted or sent (that I was aware of).
Now HSN is deducting the original shipping charge from your return (QVC started this a few years ago). But just so everyone is aware it is NOT from your purchase date (just the return is) it’s from the date you sent it back. In other words if you bought something May 23, you can return it till June 23, but because the return was in June they will deduct the original shipping charge ! HSN should have sent a notice thru email or something !

What happens if I return an item for exchange and you do not have my needed itrm in stock? Will a return be issued and the shipping charges are not refunded? What happens in a case like this?

  Hi @diane17lynne, to prevent this situation from happening, I would recommend giving us a call at 800-933-2887 Sunday – Saturday, 8am – 1am ET to ensure we have the item available and can set up an exchange at that time as well.
