Watch your HSN credit card statement activity carefully

Since March I have been charged interest twice each month duplicate charge, and now I am getting duplicate flex pays taken out also each month. I got in touch with the credit card company each month to get this corrected instead of being refunded the duplicate interest of 40. They gave me a refund of 32 cents.

I made the mistake of changing my card to my Visa. I was charged on my HSN card & my Visa! Now I am waiting for Synchrony bank to complete their investigation into duplicate flex pays. It’s not a little bit of money. It’s a lot! I will never do a flex pay again. This process can take more than 60 days! If you use your HSN card do not ever change cards. I am having a lot of anxiety over this. I am posting this so other people will not get in the mess I am in!
