Samantha brown luggage repair

The retractable handle has a dent and will not go up and down. How do I get it repaired? Is there a replacement handle?

I have a Samantha Brown blue croco embossed 28′ suitcase along with the rest of that set that I received three years ago. The telescopic handle needs to be repaired/replaced. Can you help me with this? I get so many compliments, I can’t wait to get it rapaired.

I see that this luggage came with a manufacturer’s 5-year limited warranty, but since it was purchased in 2017, the warranty has expired. I love my Samantha Brown croco luggage in burgundy. I have used both of my large suitcases, the medium size suitcase as well as the carryon sized suitcase. The fabric has held up so well even though I have travelled extensively with this luggage. However the wheels are now not working properly and the luggage either does not go forward or tips over when I pull it..

Help! Are there replacement wheels?
