is this happening to anyone else or is it only me? this is the second backorder that han canceled on me. first was Bissell multi cross over vacume and mop self clean$179.99 they said we’re sorry we canceled your order for Bissell. we sold it out.when I asked them what happens they said, when Bissell went to there shelf to fill my order, the vacume had been sold. now I got another notice that with anchor Hocking, they said we’re sorry’ we canceled your order for anchor Hocking, we already fold out this item this is way out of hand. hsn has a pattern here so I just want to know if hsn has or is anyone else experienceing this as well.im ready to cancel all my auto ship. thank you.

Sorry that happened to you. I know it is frustrating!

It used to happen to me when I bought several items in a day from HSN. I rarely buy here since they got rid of so any wonderful vendors.

I have had orders cancelled because it was no longer available or they sold out during the presentation. Yes, even a TS. However, if I really need the item I tried Walmart, Amazon, E-Bay and Target to see if they had it in stock and if it was below the price of HSN. Invariably it was.

I have been shopping with HSN since it started. I can’t remember if any ordered was ever canceled on me. However I suppose it depends on the item. I did ordered the Anchor Hocking items twice in the past, I believe it was on clearance about a year back maybe.
