I have always had a pleasant experience with the HSN customer service agents. Let’s face it, being in CS, no matter what company one works for, is a very difficult job. So nice to hear some compliments for the agents, they must encounter all types of customers and their complaints!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Customer Service. I had a difficult problem a couple of days ago and the sweet lady I spoke with really went above and beyond to resolve it. It took some time and patience on both our ends and she was determined to find a resolution, she did and I was so happy as it was an important purchase ( daughters Birthday gift). Honestly, I’ve always had good experiences and outcomes with HSN’s Customer service over the 20+ years that I’ve been shopping with them. I understand that everyone will have different experiences, but I think overall, if you just give them a chance, if it’s something they can take care of, they will certainly do all they can. Thank you HSN !!!

I agree. I’ve had some wonderfully helpful reps on the chat line. It’s fast and the best way to resolve issues quickly.

Way to go BreezyBee. I use this feature all the time. It ‘s fast and very efficient. Also beats being on hold when you dial the 800 number.
