Check your orders. Just a warning to watch out for sales tax being charged on orders that shouldn’t have sales tax. For example, the state of PA does not charge sales tax on clothing. In the past my clothing orders did not have tax charged in them, but if there was a system glitch and they included the sales tax in error, I could simply go to a chat session and they would correct the order and credit my account for the tax. This just happened again in the last couple of days, but now I was told they cannot resolve over a chat and I have to call and ask for a supervisor to get it fixed. Check your orders AFTER they have been placed because there was no tax showing in the shopping bag, but then it appeared in the order AFTER I had already clicked the submit button. I’m going to call and get it fixed but I thought I’d post here because there might be others who were improperly charged sales tax but didn’t realize it.

im in new york, we have no tax on food. no tax on medicine. hsn just put tax on my curtis stone autoship hambe1+rgers. i called and spoke with a supervisor he told me there’s nothing he can do. he said it goes through there tax department and they will decide. it takes 3 to 7 business days. call your locol state attorney general and file a complaint. this seemt to be happening a lot now. curate and there CEO made these changes at the same time they put the $5.95 S&H under $75.00 and free S&H over $75.00 in place. after your attorney general gets the tax removed, cancel any and all other feuture orders and buy in your local stores.
