No return labels
I am really disappointed in the lack of prepaid, printed return labels on my orders. I shop on HSN for convenience. Hosts remind us we can try something for 30 days and return it for a refund if we don’t like the item. I guess that convenience has been removed from the HSN shopping experience. I will not try new products now unless I am sure I will not need to return them.

I have noticed the same thing. I purchased a pair of shoes and they don’t fit well. Of course, the only return label available to me was a “return it on your own”. Took it to the post office and it would cost me $12.80 to return. That is just not right!
