Unable to get return label for purchase

I received the wrong iPad and called for a return label. I waited about two weeks and didn’t receive a label. I called back and was told I had to wait 5 days to get the label in the mail. Instead I received a letter telling me I could’t return my item. I called and was told that there was a misunderstanding about my return and I should have the return label emailed to me within 5 hours. Days later I’m still waiting.

I’m so disappointed and a bit angry that this process is so difficult. I’m hoping that this manner of contacting HSN will get my issue resolved.

    I sent you a email because I can’t get a label emailed to me I was told they would send me one it never was sent, I was waiting for a label to come in the mail to my home it never came, I am frustrated with this situation and lack responsibility for getting a label to me from the customer service department. This is what I just sent in a email to the email address I saw above.
    Please help me, I have been waiting for a return label to be mail to me it has been over 10 days and still no label has arrived.
    I have a pair of boots that arrived to me January 17 and I have spoken to your customer service a few time and even had a chat ton line being reassured I would get the label and have time to return the boots. I will try to ask you to email it to me please, I did ask for postal mail but since it isn’t here yet please send me a email with the pdf to be able to have a copy made.

    Please review my initial post. Then your response. I was not told, prior to my last call that my request was declined. After I was told that the requests were previously declined, I was told I would receive a label via email. I have been a good customer for a very long time. I will pay for my own shipping but I will not be shopping on your site anymore. This has been the worst experience I’ve had on any shopping site.

      I can’t apologize enough for this extremely delayed response @pattyca77. I definitely understand your frustration and am so sorry that we dropped the ball on communication regarding the return label for the return of the incorrect iPad. Due to this experience, do you mind sending us an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com with the amount you paid for postage and we’d be more than happy to request reimbursement for it. I see that you communicated with us on 1/12 and they noted the tracking info. You should see your refund within 8 days, but if you don’t see your refund by 1/20, please feel free to post here and we can get that process started.

    @pattyca77, I’m truly sorry that your order needed to be returned. I share your frustration that a label has not yet been sent. After reviewing the order, I do see that it was twice declined. You can still return the iPad on your own to the address provided through the end of the month. If you need additional assistance with this or any other questions, we are here to help.
