  Hope everyone had safe, healthy New Year. Was in ER with Hubby. His Co2 dropped so low they weren’t sure he would even make it that day. Today was his 76th birthday. He was finally out of the woods & transferred out of ICU. Both my son & I have fevers & can’t be with him. They messed up his meds & he’s been so aggressive, they have him in restraints. I don’t know why they didn’t have him on his meds, but this will be an issue. Please pray for him. Thanks a million! God bless you all for a safe, healthy & prosperous New Year.

  Hi DEFG. Happy New Year to you and hubby. Yes, I purchased a bed rail and it will be put together this weekend. After much thought I bought the one that starts out at 21″ and stretches to 30+ inches. I now think his problem is a sleep disorder. The neurologist said it could be either or both.

  So glad you bought one. Too bad it isn’t on there tonight. I wish I could email or text or talk to you. I have family friends who have gone through about the same thing with their father. But it became full blown sundowner’s before he passed in 2018.😢😭
  It’s so frustrating in this forum that people can’t have private messages like you can in all my other forums. That way we usually would know if someone suddenly didn’t post anymore what had happened to them. I hope FBN135 is doing well.

Odie! I needed your help today! I order stone crab claws for NYE (don’t ask about the price lets just say I will be eating cup of noodles for a while!!) and received a notice this afternoon that they won’t be delivered until Tuesday because of weather! Any pull on your e🤣🤣🤣nd ???
Yes…we have snow..12-14 inches…ice storm..check..but but….I was really looking forward to some fun appetizers for NYE! Just kidding..have a wonderful New Years…healthy, happy and loving

  So sad. I had read recently that she was in the last stage of dementia. She was more or less a recluse in her apartment with round the clock care.

  Hi happy dragon. I love NYC, but not on NYE. Love watching the ball drop on TV. However, there are fireworks in every direction here beginning at 9pm and go to well after midnight. Speaking of Costco. They are selling many types of fireworks in the warehouse. I was shocked to see so many lined up as soon as you enter.
