I am truly sorry for the delay, @bootcrazy! This isn’t typical and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. That said, let’s talk refunds! I was able to issue a Price Guarantee for 730-316 in the amount of $5.68. For the Doll set, I agree, it shouldn’t have arrived in that condition. I have issued a full refund for it. You’ll see these refunds back on your account within 72 hours. Please feel free to throw out the damaged Doll set. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

The doll 10 set I just opened it was mailed in a small padded envelope the tops to both tubes have opened during shipping and have oozed out . This is the 1st shipment of doll I’ve had delivered like this. There was nothing over the tops like normal they have a plastic seal. ? Did I get a return??
