The doll 10 set I just opened it was mailed in a small padded envelope the tops to both tubes have opened during shipping and have oozed out . This is the 1st shipment of doll I’ve had delivered like this. There was nothing over the tops like normal they have a plastic seal. ? Did I get a return??
