Poor Customer Service
This company doesn’t respond!!! I had a bill show up on my credit report, paid it. Now can not get confirmation of payment for my home loan!!!! I’ve tried for days!!! This is the worst company! Can’t get a response or a supervisor!!!!

Hi @deb2336, I really am sorry to hear of your experience and unable to get a response regarding your concern. I would recommend speaking with the financial institution that reported that payment as we do not have any access to personal credit card information.
