
2 days after order, notified item is sold out
So after ordering the todays special 2 days ago while they were still saying the item was in stock, I get an email saying it is sold out. Been ordering from HSN since the 80’s. This is how they treat you. They have item counters so how does this happen. How can they say they have it then not ship it. Do they ship any old way rather than in the order the item is sold. They will ship the item when it comes in. We all know what that means. It means they’ll ship out a returned and possibly used item. I’ve had it happen before and I’ve read many time so have others. There is nothing they can do. Sorry, not good enough HSN. I’m done with you and hope others will be more cautious and think twice about ordering. This item was a gift and the person is expecting it by October 17th as per my order confirmation email. Again, I’m done.
