I covered the original shipping label and then put on the return label. I placed package in my mailbox–got it back today saying postage due. What did I do wrong? I thought the cost to send back would come out of my refund.

I’m truly sorry that your doorbell needs to be returned, @beppy17. With items that are returned directly to the manufacturer, we are unable to provide an EZ Return label. You can still return the order with the provided label, however, the postage would need to be paid upfront. We do recommend tracking and insurance for the security of the return.
