Exchange problem

I want to exchange my order ending in 935 for the same team different size. The only option that comes up on the “exchange” option is a different team as if that was the original order. Can you help before the size I want in the correct team option is sold out?

  Hi @pi1, I really am sorry I missed responding to you yesterday! I have gladly issued the exchange for the Packers in size 9 and you will not be charged for using the return label that came with your order. Just pack them up and use that label to return. You should receive your replacement on or about 10/15
