HSN is lying about free exchanges
I ordered boots thinking that if the size is not correct I could get a free exchange, which is what HSN has been claiming. Well, I need to exchange and now the directions are to go to the USPS and send the item back at my own expense (the boots were shipped from California so it is going to be expensive). So why is HSN deceiving customer? Would a complaint with the BBB help?
I am going to see if I can get these boots somewhere else. Sometimes HSN does not even have the best price.

I really am sorry to hear of your experience, @eliska. In order to do a free exchange, you would use the prepaid label that comes with the package. Sadly, if an item does not come with a prepaid label, you would have to pay for the return up front, but I would be more than happy to reimburse you for the postage you paid to stay in line with our free exchanges.

The free exchange work for me with no problem. Please use the return label and take the package to the post office. You will not be charged to ship the return! It takes longer to receive confirmation from HSN.
