still haven’t gotten my refund
it has been now 2 weeks. my order was cancelled by hsn themselves. they refuse to refund the money. i took a affirm loan for it and they won’t cancel the order so i am being charged for a loan i never got the items for. i called them 4 times. every time they told me they had ‘released’ the funds and every time i called after that it was the same bs. HSN is horrible. order number: *********

I really am sorry to hear that your funds are still being tied up @magnumpd. An authorization is only held on our end for 3 days and then released. At this time, the authorization has expired in our system.
I would recommend contacting the financial institution regarding the authorization as it is out of our hands.
